For every event there is a planning procedure that SMC undertake to ensure that all aspects and eventualities are thought through. Large events such as the Ellerslie International Flower Show and the Weetbix Kids Tryathlon require a high degree of planning activity. All facets of the event are integrated into a critical path which is implemented leading up until the successful event.
